Caravan of Courage / Part 2 – Day 27 – Wed 13th Nov / Osprey Bay Fishing

Today we’re expecting visitors. I invited the McDonalds so there mad keen fisherman kids could have a go out on a boat.

7.30am – Generator coffee with pancakes and bacon.

9am – snorkelling from the beach and a look around with the Drone.

11am – McDonald’s arrive and I take Tanya for a quick trawl fish in the boat. No luck.

12pm – have lost 3 expensive luwers trawling into snags so give it a miss and turn to bait.

1pm – fish for Lunch.

2pm – 5pm – bait fishing was so much fun. Hooked up 3 large 1mtr long black tip reef sharks. Adrenalin pumping. Kids had a blast. Kept 2 decent size fish for the McDonald’s. A Spangeled emperor and my favorite rock cod.

5.30pm – pack up

6.30pm – good bys and more fish for dinner.

8.30pm – crash our hard.
