Caravan of Courage / Part 2 – Day 38 – Sun 24th Nov / Carnarvon Space and Technology Museum then Quobba Blow Holes

6.45am – up. Couldn’t sleep. Worried about engine light on in car with no alarm from computer. Dont want another fire bomb. Topped up AB-blue yesterday and checked everything. Hmmm

7.30am – breakfast and make a picnic lunch.

9am – Bumbacks for Mango smoothies and ice creams.

10.30am – Space Museum is excellent. Kids had a ball. Was hard to leave after 2 hours. Could spend a whole day there as it’s only open from 10am – 2pm daily. Run by greynomads that need a break from the road.

12.30pm – it’s about 45 minutes drive to the blow holes.

1.15pm – Blow Holes are spectacular. I do a non invasive drone fly near one of the caravan parks. Ive been told the protected bay is amazing snorkeling. Its low tide so we cant do it and now think this could have been a good destination for 3 nights with our selfcontained caravan. Bummer. Lunch from the car and check out the light house.

3.30pm – head back. Everything is closed in Carnarvon

6.30pm – make the best stir fry every. Was supposed to last 2 nights but we smashed it all. YUM.

10pm – Out
