Caravan of Courage / Part 2 – Day 49 – Sat 7th Dec / Lucky Bay

6am- I’m up early to start the epic pack down of all the toys. I start with the boat and utilise the boat ramp. Steven helps me get the motor into the car and back to the Van. After all the water sports equipment is away we have fish wraps for Lunch and we gift some frozen Mullaway to our departing friends. Jett frees his captive crabs.

2pm – We hit the road for Lucky beach. We Arrive and see the soft sand leading to the beach so I decide to let the tyers down to 20psi. Then some German girls get bogged right next to us so we help them get there 4 x 4 out. Now the real fun begins. Thia is true WA beach four wheel driving. I’m having a blast. We find a selcuded piece of beach and go swimming. The water is crystal clear and you can swim with your eyes open under the water. Its amazing. We play for a while then head back.

We pass a turn off to rock island and the FOMO kicks in. We head back and check it out. Wow so glad we did. Amazing coast line.

6pm- Arrive back at the Van. To tiard to cook so we head to Flanigans brew house for dinner.

Slightly tanked so I crash out watching drone footage.
