Magic start to the day. Window open with fresh air straight into bed.
Today the weather looks perfect at 27degrees however the next 3 look cool and wet so we decide to fit in as much beach time as possible. We pack the snorkels and towels and head for Injidup Natural Spa. We get there and I immediately get the drone out to scope the scene. WOW. Jett bolts for the surf beach and we take a wrong turn and end up at a private rock pool. Fish everywhere. Then we hunt down jett and have a body surf followed by the natural spa rock pool. This spot is highly recommended.
Next on the hit list is the Busselton pier. I hear it’s good for a snorkel and there is a calmer beach for Leo to make sand castles on. Again it’s another beautiful beach with amazing amenities. The shark nets and length of the pier put me off snorkelling underneath it. There is a small train on the pier which we skip for the carnival instead.
We leave at 5.30pm to head back to Gracetown so the kids can catch the outdoor cinema at 7pm.
What a day. A glass of wine and classic tunes and im off to bed.
