DAY 01 – Sat 17th June / Melbourne to Nungurner Cancelled
- After Jetts APS sports and a lot of foul language Jett conducted his premediated RUN AWAY plan with his mate Nick. To avoid the 6 week caravan trip at all costs Jett and his mates have all decided to run away to Adelaide. We called 000 but the police arrive 30 seconds after Jett’s great escape.
- Plan was to leave after APS and head to Nungurner where Wendy would baby sit so Tanya and I could attend the soft launch of JT’s new restaurant ‘EAST HANDY STORE’. Needless to say we didn’t make it.
- I spent the rest of the day making accessories for the Caravan like feet for the baby cot and finalising packing the caravan. Hugo and Jessie explore the new caravan with me. Leo and I decide to have a movie night in the van and watch ‘Ghost Busters’
- Jett was reported a missing person and returned to use at 3:45am. Police came up the lane to the caravan and woke Leo and I, sound asleep.
DAY 02 – Sun 18th June / Melbourne to Nungurner 2.0
- Still recovering from a late night we finishing packing and hit the road at 11am.
- We stop past JT’s to wish him all the best and get the stories of the launch we just missed. We arrive into Nungurner at 6pm. Pauly and Rachel (his new girlfriend) are there waiting and help us pack the last few items.
DAY 03 – Mon 19th June / Nungurner to Narooma
- We try to leave early. 11am as usual
- tow in the rain and wind. The roof hatch leaks over the bed
- Leo gets the last 20mins at the waterpark in Narooma Big4
DAY 04 – Tue 20th June / Narooma to Joes HIPCAMP – Cooranbong
- We stop at an amazing Nature park for lunch.
- We try our 1st HIPCAMP and go completly off grid.
- I do my 1st ever RUB on the new BBQ.
DAY 05 – Wed 21st June / Joes HIPCAMP to Valla Beach
- We flatten the batteries so hard i have to use the genorator for lunch
- We love Madz and Dez new bush bock in Valla.
- Eat out at the local pub.
DAY 06 – Thu 22nd June / Valla Beach to Gold Coast Big 4 CP
- We are just as nanny lands in Coolangata. Nanny takes a taxi for $120 then helps set up and cook. She very happy to be here with all of us in the Gold Coast
DAY 07 – Fri 23rd June / Movie World
- Epic 1st day with nanny.
- We even fit in a quick dip at wet n wild after lunch.
