New year’s resolutions.

Dean

1. Back on the strict Dr Gundry diet = (NO WHITE FOOD, no beer and 3 days off a week!)

2. Date night with Tanya once a week.

3. Better natural sleep. No devices or booze 1.5 hours before bed and get down early.

4. Exercise 3 times a week.

5.  No re-run movies or TV shows. NEW entertainment only with a preference for documentaries.

&

6. Keep the monthly journal going. I love reminiscing.




Tanya’s.

1. Special night with Dean once a week 💕

2. Live better- eat better, exercise more.

3. Say yes more than no

4. Try to get out to more gigs where possible
