- William and Jett help out at Keele. Time to quote a new fence.
- The original ONYX WALL comes off. That was switched on for 8 years NON STOP. Dominant LED on my 1st FPCB, yep the 100,000 hours is probably right.. (not my greatest wiring). We demo the bathrooms and there is a mega ant plage n the porch.

- Steak night after a VIC market shop with Andre and Rita.

- I do extra training with the boys before the B-Ball Grand final.
- Candela makes it to its new home.
- Alphington football club annual fireworks
- Jett and the boys make it to the Grand final again. Unfortunately, its in Montmorency and we lose AGAIN (known for biased referee I’m told by the Collingwood Chairman). We go to presentation day the next day. I find the most amazing sausage and tell tant to buy 2 packs of what’s left. We end up with 13kg’s!

- Plastering begins at Keele and I push forward on the new joinery in the ground floor bathroom. We manoeuvre the scissor lift into the back yard in preparation for the main event. The glass void and new chandelier.
- We change priorities. Now we have to move out of WATERLOO RD. I’ve been in there for 8 years so there is so much to throughout. I keep a small amount of nostalgia, and the rest goes to the tip.
- Rita, Tanya and Leo make sweat and source crispy chicken.
- Back to Keele Street and its time for a new fence. We core a hole in the 50mm thick bluestone shower base so you can now cleaning it without a block and tackle. Plumbing is now all connected and complete.

- I get the vegie patches going at Chamouni with the seedlings I’ve grown. I also add a Chicken Coop Auto door to the hen house.
- Leo helps me plan some more seeds. I’m right into the new vegie garden.
- Window frame goes into powder coating as no one else can fit it in their oven.
- We move the scissor back to Keele and attempt to move it into the void. When I built the kitchen, I made an allowance for the scissor, but Rhys didn’t allow for the stone waterfall bench so now were down to 5mm clearance. Radford manages to get it through, and we have to shimmy it into place when we pass the stone waterfall.
- Time for the Chandelier demo. Radford can’t believe what he’s looking at. A closer inspection of the glass shows how bad it is. Full of water. Double glazed seal has disintegrated in the weather. Note: never expose the edge of double glazing to direct sunlight.
